Description
This is a faithful reproduction of the legendary '65 Shelby GT 350 - only improved by the addition of modern technology! It started life as a rust & accident free "A" code car (4 barrel, 4 speed, disc brakes). It was stripped to the bare shell, metal finished, & beautifully painted in the proper Wimbledon White with Guardsman Blue stripes. The engine is a proper date coded 289 GT block with ported & polished roller rocker heads, Chevrolet rods, & modern electronic ignition. The transmission is a proper "Top Loader" 4 speed. The suspension is fully adjustable coil-over Total Control in front, with Global West rear components. A complete Wilwood drilled/slotted 4 wheel disc brake package & American Racing "Torq Thrust" 16" light alloy wheels round out the mechanicals. The interior is essentially indistinguishable from genuine Shelby, down to the modern stereo hidden in a period radio chassis, with air conditioning artfully integrated. This car is of the highest quality imaginable & is fully sorted with less than 1200 miles since its construction. Vintage looks with unbelievable performance!
